These terms and conditions apply to the Boring Tracker app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Hussein Itawi (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.

Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.

The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.

The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.

Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms of Service. It is strongly advised that you read and accept the Terms of Service of these third-party services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to your social accounts. The Service Provider cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this clause.

The Service Provider assures you that any personal information collected during the sign-up process will be stored securely and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to improve the Application and assist us in understanding how users interact with the Application.

For safety and security reasons, we may need to update or change the Terms of Service at any time. The Service Provider will strive to provide advance notice of any substantial changes to the Application.

The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel your access to the Application at any time and for any reason without prior notice or justification.

By signing up for or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable terms and conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, do not use the Application.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider and govern your use of the Application, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.

These terms and conditions, and all incorporated here by reference, remain in full force and effect at all times while you continue to use the Application or agree to new terms that may be posted on the Application.

The Service Provider may terminate these terms and conditions or any part of them at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Application immediately.

The Service Provider will assume no responsibility for how you use the Application. By using the Application, you confirm that you are doing so at your own risk.

You are free to stop using the Application at any time and for any reason without notifying the Service Provider. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate access to the Application at any time and for any reason without notice.

The Service Provider may, from time to time, add new features to the Application, and these features may be subject to updated terms and conditions. If material changes are made to the Application terms and conditions, notification will be provided to you via the Application or through other means.
